Non-smoking
The well-being and comfort of all guests at Azur is important to us, therefore we have a non-smoking policy that applies to all villas & The Main Lodge.
Ashtrays are provided & smoking on outdoor balconies is permitted.
Arrival & Departure
The normal check-in and check-out times are 2:00PM and 11:00AM respectively.
Should you arrive early or wish to leave later, we are happy to do our best to accommodate these requests, if we are unable to then we are happy to store your luggage for you whilst you enjoy the public areas of the Lodge or gardens.
Children
We welcome children of all ages, infants & children under 12 stay free of charge when sharing a villa with 2 adults, existing bedding can be used or an additional bed can be added if requested.
Our villas have a maximum occupancy of 3 people, the 3rd adult (12 years & over) incurs an additional daily charge of $150 + GST.
By request we have available for infants, a portacot & deluxe linen, high chair & car seat, we also have a microwave for heating of children’s food if required.
The above items do not come with an additional charge, however availability of these complementary items cannot be guaranteed during peak times.
If extra items are required such as pushchair or toys we can hire these for you at an additional charge.
We can also arrange a nanny/babysitting service if required.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
A current credit card number with expiry date is required to confirm a reservation. Please note we do not take a deposit or prepayment unless requested to.
Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us greatly. As a result, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
In the unfortunate event that you should have to cancel, our cancellation policy is:
14 days prior to arrival: 50% of full stay
07 days prior to arrival: 100% of full stay
We strongly advise guests to take out travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans.
Exclusive Use
Azur Lodge is available for exclusive use. Please enquire directly.
Visiting
Azur Lodge respects the privacy of its in-house guests. Should you wish to visit the property in consideration of an upcoming stay, please contact our reservations office to schedule an appointment.
