The kitchen team will happily chat about what is being baked daily, or share recopies so you can try one of your favourites at home.
At Azur we have had the same fabulous team of staff for a number of years, over this time we have affectionately named the team.
Maria aka “Sweet” prepares all home baked treats of the sweet variety, these includes jars of homemade cookies, handmade chocolate truffles, breakfast indulgences.
Keiko aka “Savoury” prepares delicious breakfasts, including her now famous Omlette’s, she also preps the selection of canapes served each evening and make a variety of other snacks for guests to enjoy during their stay at Azur.
