One of the main points of difference about Azur is the location, we are only 5 minutes drive from downtown Queenstown.
We like to offer our guests flexibility and the freedom to choose what arrangements suit them the best, many guests decide they do not require a rental car for their stay at Azur and instead use the transfer services offered by Azur.
All activity providers in Queenstown that offer transfers will pick up from Azur and those that do not offer pick ups will have a departure point downtown and guests can simply use our town transfer to get to & from these activities.
PRIVATE AIRPORT TRANSFERS-
We provide complimentary return airport transfers on arrival & departure from Azur if required. Please email us your flight details when booking and let us know you require a transfer.
One of the Azur Management team will personally be at the arrival gate to meet you, they will be holding a sign with your names on it. They will assist with collecting your luggage before heading back to Azur. On the way if guests would like to we will do an orientational tour around Queenstown, pointing out some of the highlights. When arriving back at Azur you will be welcomed with a refreshment and tour of the lodge and your private villa and facilities before being left to settle in.
DOWNTOWN TRANSFERS-
Due to our close proximity to downtown Queenstown we offer complementary transfers to & from downtown right throughout the day on demand. This service is available anytime between 7am & 11pm each day. Any time a guest would like to go into town they simply let us know and one of the Azur team will drive them in, we will leave them with an Azur business card and any local shop, cafe or restaurant will happily call us when they are ready to return and one of the team will drive into town to collect them.
